EDIT: It took forever, and several emails, but they did arrive. The inside finish is a bit rougher than I had anticipated, which is the only reason I don't give them five stars. I am very pleased.
Original review: Despite multiple review requests and the shipment confirmation, I have not actually received the candle followers. I have an email stating that they are back ordered. I'm thinking about requesting a refund/charge back as I am getting progressively less confident that Abbot actually intends to fulfill the order.
