International Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns on eligible international orders within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Before returning an item, please contact info@churchsupplies.com to request return authorization and return instructions.

International returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

International Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for international returns unless the merchandise was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by ChurchSupplies.com.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. ChurchSupplies.com is not responsible for international return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please do not send international returns freight collect or C.O.D.

Original Shipping Charges

Original international shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from an error by ChurchSupplies.com or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges and other fees imposed by the destination country are generally non-refundable by ChurchSupplies.com.

Customers should contact their local customs authority or tax agency regarding the possible refund of duties or taxes paid on returned merchandise.

Any customs charges, brokerage fees, duties or other costs assessed against ChurchSupplies.com when receiving an international return may be deducted from the customer's refund where permitted by applicable law.

Refused or Undeliverable International Shipments

If an international shipment is refused by the recipient or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unpaid duties or taxes, failure to collect the shipment, or another circumstance outside the control of ChurchSupplies.com, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Customs duties, taxes or brokerage charges assessed on the return

Any applicable charges may be deducted from the refund once the merchandise has been returned to and inspected by ChurchSupplies.com.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, or if you received an incorrect item, contact info@churchsupplies.com promptly and include your order number and photographs of the merchandise and packaging.

If the issue resulted from an error by ChurchSupplies.com, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return at our expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain merchandise cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order merchandise

  • Personalized or specially ordered merchandise

  • Items specifically identified as non-returnable

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Other items excluded from return under our general Return Policy

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an item is returnable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card provider or payment processor to post the refund.

Refunds will be issued in the currency and amount processed by ChurchSupplies.com. We are not responsible for differences caused by currency-exchange-rate fluctuations or fees charged by banks, credit card companies or payment providers.

Local Consumer Rights

Nothing in this International Returns Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to your purchase. Where local consumer law provides rights that differ from this policy, those mandatory rights will apply.
