We have not used the candles yet; however, they are exactly as ordered and we are sure they will perform as expected. One issue...there was a minor oil leak which dampened the outside of the box. Potential fire risk? Perhaps the package was mishandled/mis-stored at some point.

Oil leaked
The inserts are fine, and we've had them in the past with no trouble. This time they arrived with oil leaked out and soaked into the packing material and cardboard box. The plastic caps that usually seal them were loose or completely off. I notified Abbott via the website and am waiting to hear back.
They had exactly what I was looking for when other companies didn't! When I sent an email to inquire about the item being in stock, they responded on the next business day. Price was reasonable and the item shipped the very next day! I couldn't be happier!
