I bought this as a gift a week in advance of when I needed it. The site said the order would have 2-day shipping. I didn't realize you would take nearly two weeks to get around to shipping it (May 9 to May 21), and then it would be five days in transit (May 21 to May 26). When it arrived, it was in a box that was clearly too small, and the box was damaged as a result. Now I'm giving the gift late, in a damaged box.
