Shipping within the U.S.

Shipping rates are determined by weight and the destination. As soon as you add to cart your items you can type in your zip code and immediately see your shipping rates before checking out. All in stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of your order and received within 4 -10 business days. Orders not in stock may be drop shipped directly from our manufacturer and may require additional time for delivery.

Shipping Internationally

Shipping costs are determined by weight of the package and the country of destination. All international orders are shipped, at our discretion via U.S. postal service, UPS or DHL. You will receive a tracking number directly from us once your order has shipped.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days

The product is in its original packaging- The product isn't used or damaged- You have the receipt or proof of purchase Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return

The product was not made to order. Made to order products include but are not limited to: Altar Cloths, Statuary, Monstrance, Tabernacles, Candlesticks, Votive Stands, Metalware and Sacred Vessels

Custom Items

Custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved. Custom/Made to Order items include but are not limited to Altar Cloths, Candlesticks, Tabernacles, Monstrance, Statuary, Fabrics, Custom Sized candles, any adjustment to stock sized shirt, chasuble or other garment etc.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
